Fielders continues to grow and develop its quality systems nationally, with Campbellfield, VIC, successfully completing their ISO accreditation audit.
Global Mark investigated how Campbellfield applied the Fielders 4 steps within their business. It was concluded that Campbellfield employees acknowledged and applied the Fielders 4 steps to the majority of their processes. With continuous improvement projects in place and discussed in Daily Operations Meetings, Campbellfield is in a great position for continued improvement to ensure customers are satisfied through increased production efficiency, a better work environment and an enhanced customer experience.
Sam Conway, National Quality and Process Engineer, says congratulations must go to Dean Lovett, Mike Jokic, Rob Lovick, Rob Lupeski, Paul Nastos, and the team at Campbellfield for the huge effort that they have put in over the last few months to improve the site and implement new initiatives such as 5S and root cause analysis to help improve the site.
Sam also says that ISO accreditation is hugely important as many organisations see the accreditation as a minimum quality standard if they want to do business with them.
