Janine King brings extensive experience to Hills as a People and Culture leader, with a career spanning two decades across ASX-listed and high profile Australian companies, including supply chain logistics and healthcare software. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, focusing on effective outcomes for the business with strategic human resources initiatives.

Janine is delighted to join Hills, and is looking forward to building the capability and engagement of the Hills team. “We must have the right culture and right plan to meet the expectations of our customers and deliver on our strategy,” Ms King said.

David Clarke, CEO of Hills, welcomed Janine. “Throughout her career, Janine has focused on nurturing a workplace where people are trusted, own their results, and work as a team to deliver those results,” Clarke said. “I look forward to Janine building on what we have today to create a strong culture as a foundation for our future."

Janine started on July 12, and takes the reins from Tony Russo, who has been an integral part of the business for the past eight years. Russo will retire at the end of the month.
